At Geartrade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Geartrade account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging if possible.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
